Fwank

One of my all time PSX era Characters "Fwank" from "Loaded/Blood Factory".
It was an average game, but had an awesome setting and characters created by Garth Ennis and Greg Staples From 2000AD.
It really had Judge Dredd type feel and the box and booklet art was of the same quality as the best of the Dredd covers.

The description in the instruction booklet is as follows:

" Frank, called "Fwank" due to his lisp, is a psychotic clown who kills anyone he can see for amusement. The only thing he truly cares for is the company of his teddy, Percy, who he keeps strapped to his neutron cannon at all times. His identity is unknown as he wears a bank bag designed to look like a clown mask over his head at all times. Fwank also straps different colored balloons to his cannon according to his mood: Green for delightful, yellow for neutral and red for furious. "
